2-甲基环己酮制备

1.精制方法：甲基环己酮是由甲酚加氢或甲基环己醇脱氢制得的，含有四基环己醇及酸性杂质。

2.制法：

于装有回流冷凝器（装一氯化钙干燥管）、滴液漏斗、温度计、通气导管的干燥的反应瓶中，通入干燥的氮气，加入干燥的乙醚30mL，1-甲基环己烯（2）4.8g（0.05mol），硼氢化锂0.5g，滴加三氟化硼的乙醚溶液1mL和5mL干燥的乙醚混合液，约15min加完，控制反应温度在25～30℃。加完后继续于室温搅拌反应2h。慢慢加入5mL水以分解过量的氢化物。滴加由二水合重铬酸钠11g（0.037mol），45mL水和8.1mL浓硫酸配成的溶液，保持反应温度在25～30℃于15min加完。加完后回流反应2h。冷却，分出有机层，水层用乙醚提取两次。合并乙醚层，饱和氯化钠溶液洗涤，无水硫酸镁干燥。蒸出乙醚后，小心蒸馏，收集160～164℃（63～64℃/3.2kPa）的馏分，得2-甲基环己酮（1）3.5g，收率63%。
