盐酸萘甲唑啉制备

由α-萘乙酸与乙二胺缩合、环合制成2-（1-萘甲基）咪唑啉（C14H14N2，[835-31-4]），然后成盐而得萘甲唑啉盐酸盐。将α-乙酸和乙二胺加入反应锅内，搅拌加热至 120 ℃ ，反应1小时后，再升温至 130 ℃ ，反应1小时。蒸除乙二胺和水后进行减压蒸馏，收集180 -240 ℃ （1.33-4千帕）馏分，得2-（1-萘甲基）咪唑啉。然后将其溶于丙酮和乙醇的混合液，在10 -12 ℃ 通入氯化氢气体成盐，即生成萘甲唑啉盐酸盐结晶。
