1.以 N,N-二甲基苯胺为原料,在硫酸铜、苯酚和食盐存在下经氧化、缩合而得,然后经碱性转化、酸性转化、盐析等精制步骤得精品,经过滤、干燥得成品。。。碱性紫 5BN 也可以通过米氏酮的路线合成,即:。
在反应器中加入 76mL 水、8g 无水硫酸铜、2.4g 苯酚、11.7g 食盐和添加剂(添加剂为表面活性剂或乳化剂。氧化缩合反应最佳投料比 (物质的量比) 为 N,N-二甲基苯胺:硫酸铜:苯酚:氯酸钠:添加剂=1:0.25:0.125:0.3:0.07)溶液 (5%) 35mL 和 24.2g N,N-二甲基苯胺,升温至 60℃,保温 3h 后,继续升温至 70℃,缓慢滴加 100mL 氯酸钠溶液 (含 NaClO3 6.4g),于 4h 内加完,继续反应 1.5h。冷却,静置,倾去上层清液,下层固体即为氧化缩合产物,研细备用。
于反应器中加入 300mL 水、20.5mL 氢氧化钠溶液 (30%),搅拌下加入上述氧化缩合产物。缓慢升温至 40℃,随后于 3h 内均匀升温至 80℃,再于 1h 内升温至 90℃,于 95℃保温 0.5h。然后补加水至总体积为 800mL,在 60-70℃滴加硫化钠溶液 (10%),继续反应 1.5h。冷却,过滤,洗至 pH=8-9,滤饼备用。
于反应器中加 50mL 水、3mL 硫酸 (65%),搅拌下加入上述滤饼,升温至 90-100℃保持 40min,趁热过滤,热水洗滤饼。合并滤液和洗液,60℃蒸发浓缩至约 50mL,冷却,盐析,静置,倾去清液,固体经干燥得染料产品。

2.制法 在三氯化磷存在下,二甲基苯胺与p,p'- 二( 二甲胺基) 二苯基酮进行缩合反应,然后加酸溶解提取出结晶紫,并可用水进行重结晶精制。
