Tropolone 是 2 位上带有羟基的 tropone 衍生物,是许多 Azulene 衍生物的前体,如 2-methylazulene-1-carboxylate。Tropolone 是有效的 mushroom tyrosinase 抑制剂,IC50 为 0.4 μM,它的抑制作用可以通过透析或过量的 CU2+ 逆转。
