溴羟喹啉制备
由8-羟基喹啉经溴化而得:将4.7g8-羟基喹啉溶于10mL盐酸中,用水稀释至200mL。在不断搅拌下加入溴酸钾和溴化钾溶液(3.7g溴酸钾和13g溴化钾溶于200mL水),溴化反应后,将反应物倾入1L水中,即析出5,7-二溴-8-羟基喹啉,过滤后用苯重结晶,可得熔点为195.5℃的成品。
