在氢氧化钠水洛液中(8g氢氧化钠洛于50mL水中)，于川-20℃将7. 6g(0 .l mol)二硫化碳和18.8(0.1 mol)二异丙基丙二酸酷棍合液搅拌滴入。滴加毕，在室温搅拌1h后，加120 m工一水和50g (0.5mol) 1,2一二}l乙烷，加热至40-60℃。反应毕，用醚抽取，经水洗、十燥、蒸除过量的1,2一二氯乙烷和醚，得黄白色结晶稻瘟灵24.5g，收率84.5%.用正已烷重结晶，得m.p.为51一52℃的纯品。
