[体外研究]

用SOAT稳定转染T47D细胞,并在生理相关浓度下增加硫酸雌酮和雌二醇浓度进行培养。1 nM雌二醇和EC50为2.2 nM的硫酸雌酮可显著增加细胞增殖[3]。
