[体外研究]

柠檬酸铁(三)柠檬酸铁；1毫米；24小时)显著诱导CM细胞死亡[1]。柠檬酸铁(三)柠檬酸铁；0.1毫米、1毫米、2毫米；24小时)以剂量依赖性方式增加心肌细胞(CM)中ROS的生成[1]。细胞活力测定[1]细胞系：心肌细胞(CM)细胞浓度：1mm培养时间：24小时结果：显著诱导CM细胞死亡。

[体内研究]

在这里,我们使用进行性CKD的Col4a3基因敲除小鼠模型和年龄匹配的野生型小鼠,比较了柠檬酸铁(25μg/g)给药与矿物质充足的对照饮食的效果。将柠檬酸铁注射给基因敲除小鼠四周,从患有明显慢性肾病(CKD)的六周大开始,或从患有早期CKD的四周大开始,服用六周。枸橼酸铁可以挽救基因敲除小鼠的缺铁和贫血,而不考虑治疗开始的时间,并且FGF23的循环水平和骨表达降低。柠檬酸铁还能改善心脏功能,显著提高存活率[3]。柠檬酸铁是一种有效且安全的磷酸盐粘合剂,可增加铁的储存,减少静脉注射铁和促红细胞生成素刺激剂的使用,同时维持血红蛋白。柠檬酸铁可增加转铁蛋白饱和度、血清铁蛋白和血红蛋白[2]。
