二氰蒽醌用途

Dithianon 是一种广谱蒽醌类杀菌剂,对叶子和果实的表面具有良好的附着力。Dithianon 用于控制某些水果和蔬菜上的几种真菌,如炭疽病菌 (Colletotrichum sp., Elsinoe ampelina),霉菌 (Plasmopara viticola),磷光菌 (Phomopsis viticola) 等。

[体外研究]

当指数需氧生长的酿酒酵母细胞接受急性地替亚农治疗时,它们会失去细胞壁和细胞膜的完整性,坏死而死亡,这种行为与减少的蛋白质和非蛋白质巯基有关。此外,还检测到与地塞米松处理细胞线粒体膜电位改变相关的细胞活性氧物种(ROS)的显著增加[1]。在丝状真菌中,地噻农抑制菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发。对艾氏腹水癌和酵母细胞的研究表明,地噻农抑制呼吸和发酵,影响糖酵解途径中的几种硫醇酶,如己糖激酶、磷酸果糖激酶和甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶[1]。地噻农具有体外细胞毒作用,影响BLAB/c 3 T3细胞的转化活性[1]。

[体内研究]

雄性小鼠肝微粒体中睾酮羟化酶的活性在急性剂量地噻农治疗后增加,而在雌性小鼠中观察到失活作用[1]。
