Isospaglumic acid(N-乙酰天冬氨酰谷氨酸; NAAG)在通过Ca2 +依赖性过程去极化后释放,并且是mGluR3受体的激动剂和NMDA受体的拮抗剂。 NAAG主要通过谷氨酸羧肽酶II分解代谢为N-乙酰天冬氨酸和谷氨酸,谷氨酸羧肽酶II在星形胶质细胞的细胞外表面上表达。在几种神经精神疾病中,NAAG水平和羧肽酶II活性以区域特异性方式改变[1]。
