水合氯醛制备
1.以工业氯油 ( 无水三氯乙醛)为原料,依次用碳酸钙溶液和碳酸钠溶液除去氯油中的盐酸后,蒸馏得到精制的三氯乙醛。然后边搅拌边滴加蒸馏水,控制温度为80~82℃,进行水合反应:
加完后继续搅拌30~40min,待温度稍有下降 ( 自然冷却)后,用冷水间歇冷却,温度严格控制在10~25℃,静置结晶10~15d,离心甩干,再用5%碳酸钠洗至ph=4~6,干燥即得成品。
