[体外研究]

α-甲基dl-天冬氨酸可显著降低SHR中Bj-BPP-10c的抗高血压活性[2]。

[体内研究]

α-甲基dl-天冬氨酸(147mg/kg,静脉注射)可减少l-瓜氨酸诱导的Wistar大鼠视网膜血管舒张[1]。动物模型:Wistar大鼠剂量:147mg/kg给药:147 mg/kg,静脉注射。结果:减轻L-瓜氨酸诱导的视网膜小动脉直径增加。
