H-Phe-Phe-OH(Phe-Phe)是由两个苯丙氨酸分子组成的肽。苯丙氨酸是必需氨基酸和氨基酸酪氨酸的前体。它是体内儿茶酚胺的前体。精神药物(mescaline,吗啡,可待因和罂粟碱)也含有苯丙氨酸作为成分。阿尔茨海默氏症Abeta肽的H-Phe-Phe-OH识别基序是能够组装成更高级结构的最小肽[1]。
