[体外研究]

毒蕈碱给药(100 µM)诱导细胞内钙信号振幅,类似于10 µM ACh[1]。毒蕈碱(1-30μM)在NRM神经元上含有5-羟色胺(5-HT)的NRM细胞亚群中产生剂量依赖性超极化[2]。
