1.将干燥的间甲苯酚和邻磺酰苯甲酰酐在搅拌下加热到100～105℃，持续0.5～1h，停止加热，在不断搅拌下，分次缓慢加入三氯氧磷和无水氯化锌，严格控制温度，在90～100℃进行
缩合反应6～8h：

反应结束后冷却，加入水热至70～80℃，慢慢加入工业碳酸钠，保温5～6h，静置，过滤。滤液用盐酸中和至ph值1～2，静置后，将下层粘稠状物加热，除去间甲酚，干燥后得成品间甲酚紫。
