[体外研究]

BMS493(100纳米；6天；ALDHhi UCB细胞)治疗显示,与未治疗的对照组相比,可用于移植的ALDHhi细胞数量增加了两倍。新扩增的ALDHhi细胞显示CD34和CD133阳性细胞数量增加,CD38表达减少,CD38是造血细胞分化的标志[1]。细胞活力测定[1]细胞系：ALDHhi-UCB细胞浓度：100nm培养时间：6d结果：与未经处理的对照组相比,可供移植的ALDHhi细胞数量增加了两倍。

[体内研究]

有或无BMS493的ALDHhi细胞扩张后的细胞子代胰内移植在链脲佐菌素治疗的NOD/SCID小鼠中没有降低高血糖。因此,脐带血(UCB)来源的ALDHhi细胞在体外扩增过程中有效地丧失了胰岛再生能力[1]。
