①常压水解法：该工艺需要用乳化剂癸脂肪酸、萘磺酸、十二烷基苯磺酸等； ②加压水解法：加压水解法需要用催化剂氧化锌，反应温度也较常压法高； ③皂化酸化法：皂化酸化法制蓖麻油酸需要用碱(>30%NaOH)和硫酸(浓度为92.5%～98%)，酸碱试剂用量大，对环境污染大； ④酶法：在温和条件下选择合适脂肪酶，环保节能，反应效率较低。
