富马酸亚铁制备

1. 烯二酸钠用硫酸亚铁置换而得。将水加热至沸，搅拌下加入反丁烯二酸，分次加入碳酸钠到pH=6.5-6.7。充分搅拌后趁热过滤，得反丁烯二酸钠溶液。加入硫酸亚铁溶液，搅拌加热回流3-4h，冷却结晶，甩滤。滤饼用蒸馏水洗至硫酸根符合要求为止，干燥，得富马酸亚铁，收率83%。

2.由富马酸与铁屑反应而得。

3.将5g富马酸加入100mL沸水中，并用碳酸钠中和至PH6.5-6.7；过滤，在所得的富马酸二钠溶液中加入13g硫酸亚铁和100mL水的溶液，并加热搅拌回流（100℃）反应3-4h；最后冷却、结晶、过滤、洗涤、干燥得红棕色粉末富马酸亚铁6.2-6.6g，收率85%-90%。

4.将5g富马酸加入100mL沸水中，并用碳酸钠中和至Ph值6.5～6.7；过滤，在所得的富马酸二钠溶液中加入13g硫酸亚铁和100mL水的溶液，并加热搅拌回流(100℃)反应3～4h；最后冷却、结晶、过滤、洗涤、干燥得红棕色粉末富马酸亚铁6.2～6.6g，收率85％～90％。
