偏硼酸钡制备
1.硼砂硫化钡法将重晶石和煤粉的混合物料焙烧,经萃取器热水浸取,得硫化钡料液,再与硼砂水溶液和硅酸钠水溶液各自计量加入反应器中,三种物料加完后,将反应器密闭,升温至110℃±5℃,搅拌反应2 h后,冷却至70~80℃,沉淀物经离心分离、水洗、干燥、粉碎后,制得偏硼酸钡成品。其
2.顶部籽晶熔盐法 我国首次用该法生长出新型无机非线性光学晶体材料偏硼酸钡。原料碳酸钡和硼酸按比例加入坩埚,同时加入适量助熔剂碳酸钠。采用电阻加热。当原料熔化后,保温数小时,使熔液完全熔融并均匀混合。将籽晶下至溶液中,降温,转动籽晶并缓慢向上提拉,生长出高质量的尺寸ф46mm×18mm的晶体。该法克服了自发成核数目过多的缺点。
