杀螟硫磷制备

1)由O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰氯与4-硝基间甲酚([2581-34-2])在碱性条件下缩合而得。将甲苯加入缩合反应锅,搅拌下投入4-硝基间甲酚,碳酸钠和氯化亚铜,在95-97℃时投入O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰氯,在90℃以上反应3h,然后过滤,取甲苯层依次用氢氧化钠溶液、水洗涤,减压蒸馏回收甲苯后得杀螟松原油,含量90%。当采用摩尔配比4-销基间甲酚:O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰氯:碳酸钠=1:1.1:1,甲苯用量约为4-硝基间甲酚的3倍(重量),氯化亚铜约为4-硝基间甲酚的2%(重量)时,杀螟松收率95%以上。所得原油有效成分含量优级品不低于93.0%,一级品≥85.0%原料消耗定额:间甲酚550kg/t、硝酸(100%)860kg/t、三氯硫磷(100%)1240kg/t、甲醇600kg/t。

2)4-硝基间甲酚的制备由间甲酚经亚硝化、氧化制得。亚硝化反应是将间甲酚与亚硝酸钠水洛液,在15'}} ~20`}}硫酸中反应,控制温度10~15(' 0氧化反应是将业硝基间甲酚用稀硝酸进行氧化,加酸速度先慢后快,反应温度35~38 ℃,加毕在44~46℃保温3h,经离心水洗,使pH值达3~4,制得4-硝基间甲酚

3)杀螟硫磷的合成O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰氯与硝基间甲酚作用。一般采用溶剂法,也可采用三甲胺水溶液法或甲苯丙酮双溶剂法。若以甲苯为溶剂,反应过程以氯化亚铜为催化剂,碳酸钠为缚酸剂,反应温度90~96℃。
