1.用于制作中、高压陶瓷电容器、PTC热敏电阻等精密电子元器件。纯钛酸钙很难烧结成陶瓷，可加入1％～2％二氧化锆。

2.电子陶瓷工业用作原料粉，如生产介电材料。用于制造单晶、高频仪器的基本导电元件。

钛酸钙制备

1.以氧化钛和氧化钙为原料，将等物质的量的氧化钙、氧化钛及其他添加剂充分混合，经研磨后挤压成型，再于1350℃煅烧，煅烧后将其粉碎、研磨即得产品。

2.将TiO2与CaO于水中混合，在充分搅拌下加入草酸溶液，然后分离、洗涤、干燥、并于925℃煅烧。

3.TiCl4与草酸溶液反应，先制得草酸钛溶液，再将它与CaCl2溶液混合，制得草酸钙钛，过滤、干燥、并在1050℃下煅烧生成钛酸钙。

4.用氢氧化钙与硝酸钙混合物于575℃和二氧化钛反应。
