甘丙肽(1-30),人(Gal1-30)是GalR1和GalR2受体的激动剂,Kis均为1 nM [1]。甘丙肽(1-30),人取代125I标记的大鼠甘丙肽,Kd为0.5nM。甘丙肽(1-30),人(hGal)引起孤立的纵向大鼠眼底条的收缩,ED50为13.8±1.6 nM [2]。
