肉豆蔻酸异丙酯制备

1、由椰子油重蒸后所得肉豆蔻酸与异丙醇酯化而得。

2、将200 kg十四酸和450 kg异丙醇依次加入反应釜中，混合后加入360 kg（98%)硫酸，加热回流10 h，回收异丙醇，用冰水洗酸，再用10%的Na₂CO₃水溶液中和，常压蒸异丙醇和水，减压蒸出产品185 ℃/2.0 kPa～195 ℃/2.7 kPa。

3、将90 kg异丙醇加入反应釜中，再加入相当投料总量5%的硫酸作催化剂。在搅拌下缓缓加入十四烷酸228 kg，加热回流，并不断分出水，反应至无水分出后，降温取样测酸值，酸值达到1.5 mg KOH/g为终点。加碱中和，减压脱除水后，减压脱醇至酸值0.05～1.0 mg KOH/g。出料即为成品。

4、主要采用酸化法。由椰子油酸分离出肉豆蔻酸,再加异丙醇进行酯化反应而制得。
