It covers an area of 56 mu with a building area of 20,000 square meters. Built in compliance with FDA, EU and domestic GMP certification standards, the company has a total investment of over 100 million yuan. It houses three core centers: the R&D Center, Quality Testing Center and Efficacy Evaluation Center, as well as three professional platforms: the Synthetic Biology Platform, Small Molecule Synthesis & Macromolecule Modification Platform, and Plant Extraction Platform.
As a wholly-owned technology enterprise under Gechun Biotechnology, Sichuan Liyuanbo plays a pivotal role in the entire industrial ecosystem. Equipped with large-scale fully automatic fermentation systems, multi-ton synthesis reactors and plant extraction tanks, the company also deploys dozens of post-processing facilities including membrane separation systems, preparative liquid chromatographs, freeze dryers and spray dryers. It has formed a complete and sophisticated production chain ranging from raw material procurement to finished product manufacturing.
The whole production process is managed in accordance with domestic GMP and EU standards.
