Use of Endosidin 9Endosidin 9 (ES9) is a novel mitochondrial uncoupler, and a potent inhibitor of clathrin-mediated endocytosis (CME) in different systems, strongly reduces FM4-64 uptake in Arabidopsis root cells with IC50 of 5 uM.Endosidin 9 (ES9) inhibits CME dynamics and organelle movement in the cytoplasm.Endosidin9 (ES9) inhibits clathrin-mediated endocytosis largely through cytoplasmic acidification. |
