Use of RBC6RBC6 is an inhibitor of GTPases RalA. RBC6 inhibits binding of Ral to its effector RALBP1. RBC6 also inhibits Ral-mediated cell spreading of murine embryonic fibroblasts, as well as anchorage-independent growth of human cancer celllines[1]. |
