Use of ValzifloceptValziflocept (BAX1810; TAK-752) is a recombinant soluble human FcγRIIb receptor that targets Fc and FcγR. FcγRs bind and neutralize pathogenic IgG, thus forming a "decoy" or "scavenger" receptor that can reduce the severity of autoimmune diseases.
