The pharmacokinetics of Guanfu base I in Sprague-Dawley rats is examined. The method is linear in the 0.05-20 μg/mL concentration range. The recovery of Guanfu base I is more than 80%. The intraday and interday precision, expressed as the relative standard deviation, is generally good. After intravenous injection dosing, plasma Guanfu base I concentration declined in a bi-phasic manner with a terminal elimination half-life of 2.49 hours. The total plasma clearance value is 1.46 L/h/kg. After oral dosing, the plasma Guanfu base I concentration reached a maximum within 0.5 hour. The absolute bioavailability of Guanfu base I is 71.31%[1].
