In Vitro	NP-313 (0-80 μM)可以以剂量依赖的方式抑制血小板的聚集。其中，对凝血酶和 A23187 诱导的血小板聚集，NP-313 的最大抑制程度可分别达到约 80% 和 60%[1]。 NP-313 (0-8 μM) 浓度依赖性地抑制 P-选择素表达以及胶原蛋白或者是凝血酶诱导的人血小板中血栓素 B 2 (TXB2) 生成。同时，NP-313 抑制 COX-1 和 TXA 2合酶的 IC 50 值分别为 1.5 和 3.9 µM[1]。
In Vivo	NP-313 (i.v., 4-16 µg/g)在雄性 ICR 小鼠中显着延长了闭塞时间 (TTO)，延长了出血时间，抑制了由胶原蛋白 (10 µg/mL) 引起的血小板聚集[1]。
