In Vitro	BCL6 PROTAC 1 (Compound 15) (0.0001-10 µM；1-72 h) 在 OCI-Ly1 细胞中，以剂量依赖性方式降解 B 细胞淋巴瘤 6 (BCL6)[1]。 Cell Viability Assay[1] Cell Line: OCI-Ly1 cells. Concentration: 1 µM. Incubation Time: 16 d. Result: Had no effect on cell viability. Western Blot Analysis[1] Cell Line: OCI-Ly1 cells. Concentration: 0.0001, 0.001, 0.01, 0.1, 0.2, 1, 3, 5 and 10 µM. Incubation Time: 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 24, 48, 72 h. Result: Degraded BCL6.
