Bectumomab (IMMU-LL 2) is an humanized IgG2a mAb against human CD22 (antigen). Bectumomab is also an anti-lymphoma antibody fragment. Bectumomab can be used for imaging in combination with technetium 99 (Tc99m LL2 Fab).
