[Description]:

Delapril (CV-3317) is an orally active angiotensin I converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. Delapril has antihypertensive activity[1].

[In Vivo]

Delapril (5-20 mg/kg,饮用水喂养) 可减缓胆固醇喂养兔的动脉粥样硬化进展[2]。 Delapril (1-10 mg/kg,p.o.,每日一次,持续 5 周) 在高血压大鼠中表现出自发的抗高血压作用[3]。 Animal Model: Cholesterol-fed rabbits[2] Dosage: 5 mg/kg at D5, 10 mg/kg at D10, 20 mg/kg at D20 Administration: Fed in a fixed volume (10 ml) of drinking water Result: Decreased aortic area covered by lesions.
