Introduction of "STRONGER" Activated Bleaching Earth
Tiandong Haorun New Material Technology Co., Ltd., located in the Petrochemical Industrial Park of Tiandong, Guangxi Province, is a certified Chinese National High-tech Enterprise possessing advanced professional technology, complete testing and R & D equipment, uniquely designed production line. We have a group of senior technical experts as well as a total of 15 invention patents and utility model patents, accompanied with long-term cooperation with major scientific research institutes.
The factory covers an area of nearly 100,000 square meters, with advanced production lines of sodium modification of Ca-based bentonite, dry process purification and wet process purification of bentonite, and an efficient production line of activated bleaching earth. We mine high-purity ore layers with a depth of more than 100 meters underground in three of our own mines. The annual output of raw bentonite ore is more than 300,000 tons, and the annual output of activated bleaching earth, the main products, reaches 100,000 tons.
Our activated bleaching earth is an efficient adsorbent mainly made of high-quality bentonite ore (methylene blue adsorbed≥33g/100g), treated with inorganic acidification, and then deacidification and desiccation. The product is environmentally friendly odorless, tasteless and non-toxic white powder, with the performance of adsorbing colored substances and organic substances, can be widely used in the processing of various plant and animal edible oils, palm oil, industrial oils, biodiesel, and other oil materials. The most significant features are high decolorization rate, low residual oil rate, fast filtration speed, and stable oil color. Compared with similar products in the market, our activated bleaching earth reaches better indicators(the details are shown in the tables below), requires less dosage during the use and has more obvious decolorization effect.
