[In Vitro]

Drozitumab selectively eliminates cancer stem cells (CSCs), resulting in tumor growth inhibition and even regression of pancreatic tumors[3]. Drozitumab induces apoptosis in mesenchymal TNBC cell lines but not in cell lines from other breast cancer subtypes[1].
