Fuziline shows activity against pentobarbital sodiuminduced cardiomyocytes damage by obviously recovering beating rhythm and increasing the cell viability[1].

[In Vivo]

Fuziline exhibits the mean half-life of 5.93 hours, 6.13 hours and 5.12 hours for 14 mg/kg, 2 4 mg/kg and 4 mg/kg, respectively, by oral administration in rat[2].
