Yakuchinone A 作用于 A375P、B16F1、B16F10、A549、MCF-7 和 HT-29 细胞系的 IC50 值分别是 14.75、31.73、21.71、26.07 、11.50 和 11.96[1]。 Yakuchinone A (0-64 μM, 16 h) 可以剂量依赖性方式减少 IL-17 的产生,在 EL4(小鼠淋巴瘤细胞系)细胞中的 IC50 值为 11.5 μM[2] 。
