[Description]:

Thielavin B is an inhibitor of prostaglandin biosynthesis produced by Thielavia terricola. Thielavin B effectively influences the prostaglandin E2 synthesis from the endoperoxide. Thielavin B is significantly effective on carrageenan-induced oedema of rats when administered intravenously[1].
