ZanoliMuMab

Zanolimumab (Anti-Human CD4 Recombinant Antibody) is a fully human monoclonal antibody targets CD4. Zanolimumab effectively inhibits T-cell receptor (TCR) signal transduction. Zanolimumab can be used for the research of heumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, melanoma, cutaneous and peripheral T-cell lymphoma[1].

Zanolimumab (10 and 100 ng/mL) shows strong killing of the CD4+ T cells with a better effect to CD45RO+ subset than the CD45RA+ subset[1]. Zanolimumab (1-10000 ng/mL) Fc and dose-dependently down-regulates the level of CD4 from purified primary CD4+ T cells and SUP-T1 T cells[1]. Zanolimumab (1-10000 ng/mL) potently inhibits of TCR-stimulated T-cell proliferation both in tetanus toxin induced and anti-CD3 induced T-cell proliferation[1]. Zanolimumab (0-30 min) inhibits TCR signal transduction[1].
