Biological Activity

[Description]:

γ-Methoxyisoeugenol (Compound 5) is an anticoagulant agent that remarkably prolongs the thrombin time with a good dose-effect relationship at concentrations from 6.25 to 100 mM, but shows no significant differences in prothrombin time[1].
