[In Vitro]

Shishijimicin C (compound 3) (1.7-6.3 pg/mL) shows high cytotoxicity for 3Y1, Hela and P388 cells[1]. Cell Cytotoxicity Assay[1] Cell Line: 3Y1, Hela and P388 cells Concentration: 1.7-6.3 pg/mL Incubation Time: Result: Showed IC50 values of 4.8, 6.3, and 1.7 pg/mL for 3Y1, Hela and P388 cells, respectively.
