Biological Activity

[Description]:

IQB-782 is a cysteine derivative. IQB-782 has inhibition for thrombin activatable fibrinolysis inhibitor (TAFI), with an Ki(app) of 0.14 μM. IQB-782 shows a potent mucolytic-expectorant activity[1][2].
