Biological Activity

[Description]:

Adaptaquin is an inhibitor of hypoxia-inducible factor prolyl hydroxylase 2 (HIF-PHD2), with an IC50 of 2 μM. Adaptaquin can inhibit lipid peroxidation and maintain mitochondrial function[1][2].
