[Description]:

Mycro2 is an inhibitor of c-Myc/Max dimer and DNA binding, with an IC50 value of 23 μM for the inhibition of Myc/Max DNA binding activity. Mycro2 can inhibit c-myc-dependent cell proliferation, gene transcription and oncogenic transformation[1].

[In Vitro]

Mycro2(10 or 20 μM, 7 days)可以抑制 C-Myc 依赖细胞系 U-2OS、MCF-7、Raji 和 NIH/3T3 的增殖，不会抑制 C-Myc 独立癌细胞株 PC-12 的增殖。Mycro2 在 10 μM 时可以显著抑制 c- myc 诱导的基因转录，在 20 μM 时可以选择性减少 c- myc 转化Rat1a 细胞的非锚定生长[1]。
