PROTAC GPX4 degrader-1 (DC-2) has been found to induce GPX4 degradation and subsequent ferroptosis[1]. Western Blot Analysis[1]. Cell Line: HT1080 cells. Concentration: 0.003-1 μM. Incubation Time: 24 h. Result: Dose-dependently degraded GPX4 protein levels.
