Anticancer agent 100 (Compound 2f) (25 µM 和 50 µM；24 h) 下调了 Colo-205 细胞中凋亡蛋白 PI3K 和 FoXO3a 的表达水平，上调了 PTEN 和 FoXO1 的表达水平。 Western Blot Analysis[1] Cell Line: Colo-205 cells. Concentration: 25 µM and 50 µM. Incubation Time: 24 h. Result: Inhibited the expression of PI3K and FoXO3a, increased the expression of PTEN and FoXO1.
