[Description]:

CGS35066 is a potent and selective aminophosphonate inhibitor of endothelin-converting enzyme-1 (ECE-1). CGS 35066 inhibits the activity of human ECE-1 and rat kidney neutral endopeptidase 24.11 (NEP) in vitro with IC50 values of 22 nM and 2.3 μM, respectively[1].
