Tuvonralimab (PSB-205; QL1706) is a dual immune checkpoint blockade containing a mixture of anti-PD-1 IgG4 and anti-CTLA-4 IgG1 antibodies, Iparomlimab and Tuvonralimab[1].

[In Vitro]

Tuvonralimab 包含重链和轻链配对的突变 (HC 突变 K147D/F170C/V173C/C220G/R255K/D399R/K409E；轻链突变 S131K/Q160C/S162C/C214S)，但不用于产生双特异性抗体。最终的药物物质是两种单特异性 IgG 的混合物，即 Iparomlimab 和 Tuvonralimab。这两种抗体由同一细胞系产生，Tuvonralimab 内的突变确保了正确链的有效配对。Iparomlimab 不包含突变[1]。
