Biological Activity

[Description]:

1,3-Linolein-2-Olein, a triglyceride, is an antileishmanial drug. 1,3-Linolein-2-Olein inhibits promatigotes of the parasite (IC50=0.079 ug/ml) and inhibits the growth of amastigotes (IC50= 40.03 ug/ml)[1].
