[In Vitro]

Zanidatamab (ZW25) 对重组 HER2 和具有一定 HER2 表达的培养癌细胞具有低 nM 结合亲和力 (0.9-16 nM)[1]。 Zanidatamab 可抑制 HER2 广泛表达的人类癌细胞系的生长 (5-54% 的抑制取决于细胞系)，并抑制配体介导的肿瘤细胞增殖[1]。 Zanidatamab 在nM 浓度下 (0.05-64 nM) 诱导浓度依赖的 ADCC，在表达 HER2 的 TNBC 细胞系上最大裂解率可达 52%，并在各种 HER2 表达肿瘤细胞系中与多种化疗药物 (包括铂类、紫杉烷类、微管抑制剂和 DNA 合成抑制剂) 表现出协同作用[1]。

[In Vivo]

Zanidatamab (ZW25) 诱导显著的肿瘤消退，表现出相对于 hIgG 对照 307% 的肿瘤生长抑制和 70% 的完全消退率[1]。
