G0775 is a Synethetic analogs of arylomycins.
[In Vitro]
G0775 is more effective against gram-negative bacteria than other agents. Testing showed that G0775 was effective in killing both Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumonia in cells in a petri dish and in mouse models.
